JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN DEATH INVESTIGATION: On November 16, 2024, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office began an investigation involving the discovery of human remains at the 1900 block of Highway 425.

Through numerous items collected in the area of the remains Investigators believe they have identified the remains as that of Randy Devon Grubbs, black male, date of birth March 23, 1963. This will be pending a positive identification through the remains, which will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory.

Mister Grubb's last known location was in Pine Bluff on July 30, 2024. Anyone with information on Mister Grubbs location or have had contact with him after this date please contact Lieutenant Dennis Kendall, (870) 510-5338, or email at dennis.kendall@jeffcoso.org.
